The ceremony begins before the wedding day

If you choose the Sacred Preparation Experience, the ritual begins before you reach your wedding day.

Together you will make the incense that will later burn during your ceremony, decorate the hoop that will become part of your handfasting, and prepare the rings that will eventually carry your promises.

It gives you time away from seating plans, spreadsheets and wedding admin to concentrate on why you're actually doing all of this — the two of you and the commitment you're about to make.

Then, when those objects appear during your wedding ceremony, they're not simply props I've brought with me. They already have a story
