- Based in between Newark and Lincoln in a lttle village but always happy to travel for love stories with heart.
- Background in the court room I was a barrister and manager of lawyers for decades!

Tie the knot, festival style.
A handfasting is an ancient Celtic ceremony where hands are bound together with ribbons or cords as promises are made. Traditionally it lasts "a year and a day," but your promises can last as long as you choose.
It's not just for couples.
Bring your best friend, your sister, or your whole festival crew for a friendship knot: a joyful, heartfelt way to celebrate the people who matter most.
What happens? Come and find me at my handfasting tent, choose your cord colours, and I'll guide you through a short, personal ceremony witch lasts about 10 minutes. You'll leave with your cords and a keepsake certificate of handfasting.

The Sacred Union
For couples who want a full handfasting with sacred elements.
I was trained in sacred celebrancy by Dawn Kinsella of the Sacred Celebrant Academy and the Glastonbury Goddess Temple.
I offer script-free, full handfasting ceremonies based around the four elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth.
Rather than reading a traditional ceremony from a script, I hold and guide you through an immersive ceremony using inclusive elemental actions and meaningful ritual.
Your Sacred Union can include sacred incense for Air; candle lighting for Fire, using my Celebrant Candle lit from the sacred flame at the Goddess Temple in Glastonbury; a Water Blessing; and the Hoop & Wand Ceremony.
It is a ceremony to take part in, rather than simply listen to — intimate, symbolic and deeply personal.
It involves preparation and family and friends taking part in the ceremonial work.
You can also add a Sacred Preparation Experience before your wedding:
You can include ceremonial personalised incense blending , Couples ring blessing ceremony, sacred anointing ceremony, ridal hoop and besom broom decoration ceremony ( great as an alternative hen night).

The ceremony begins before the wedding day
If you choose the Sacred Preparation Experience, the ritual begins before you reach your wedding day.
Incense blending
Together you will make your own personal blend of incense ceremonially using the shape and alchemical energies. Couples choose from 12 dishes of scented barks flowers resin seeds and exotic spices this blend will then be used during their ceremony. Then the reciepe will form part of the package presented to the couple so they can recreate it
Hoop and Besom decorating
Gather your women or go it alone and join me to decorate the hoop that will become part of your handfasting, and prepare the broom theat you and your beloved will jump. Meet in a decorated goddess space and decorate aand bless these items to use in your ceremony. All crafting materials provided
Couples ring blessing ceremony
Prerfect on its own or as an addition to the incense blending or on the day of your ceremony. Using the four elelmbets a ceremony to bless the rings that will eventually carry your promises.
It gives you time away from seating plans, spreadsheets and wedding admin to concentrate on why you're actually doing all of this — the two of you and the commitment you're about to make.

Create and blend the incense for your ceremony. Select and grind and blend your selected elements to make a unique blend of your own that will later be used within your handfasting.

Perfect on its own or as an additional ceremony to the incense blending ceremony. You bring your rings for a blessing and to imbibe them with yours and your loved ones intentions. Can also be part of a rehearsal
